A HUMAN TOUCH
The objective of this campaign was above all to show that it is always possible to have adequate and human customer service when shopping online. We have therefore implemented a video and promotional images to demonstrate these values.
SOME HUMAN CHALLENGES
Being during the start of the pandemic, one of the biggest challenges encountered was having to ensure that the new sanitary measures were respected during filming, especially taking into account the fact that the space rented for video shooting was very limited.
Also, our actors didn’t show up for the recording session. So we had to replace the, with Alex who brought out his (poor) acting skills to try to fill the hole.
In the end, with a lot of time put into the editing, we are proud of the final results we obtained for our photographic and videographic visuals!
